Payment and Cancellation Policy

1 - All reservations requested must be guaranteed with 25% of the total cost of  the service 48  hours after application (direct clients and non-refundable). The remaining amount by the total of the reservation must be made 30 days   before  the date reserved. Agencies must make payments 30 days before the date reserved.

2 - Any cancellation of services must be submitted to our office in writing via fax or email.

3 - Refund policy for cancellations of service are:
 
a) Cancellations received 30 or more days  before  the  reserved services, apply the 100% refund  of security deposit.
b) Cancellations received 15 to 29 days before the reserved services, apply for reimbursement of 50% of deposit.
c) Cancellations received less than 14 days before the reserved services, no refund applies. The refund will apply only to the source card.

4 - Our company has bank accounts in Costa Rica accepting deposits in Colons and dollars. Also accept deposits by credit card guarantee after due process of authorization. (Credit Card Authorization Form)

5 - Our company has strict preventative maintenance programs to our teams, carried out by highly qualified, but in case of any inconvenience unannounced our company will:

a) Before leaving the ship, boat or change of 100% refund
b) Effective fishing area, boat exchange or refund of 50%

6 - Fishing licenses must be purchased directly by the client in the spring (Incopesca Office) on the day of service, the cost for the payment of fishing licenses are not included in the price of the boat.

7 - The tip for our staff is an option.

8 - Bluefin Sportfishing is not responsible for items left in our boat.

9 - Our company ensures the smooth operating of our teams, as well as good service from our staff, but not implemented any kind of refund if the day's catch was zero.

10 - If you suffer from dizziness during the trip, please let them know our captain, but did not apply any refund for this reason.

11- The customer is responsible for the proper use and care of equipment used during the fishing day, or accidental damage caused by carelessness or inexperience of our team,  blaming  the customer to pay for the costs of loss and repair.

12 - Each passenger must sign a contract for default and pre-travel medical history.
