Company Policy

1. All admissions and meals are included only when specified. Gratuities are optional and are not included in the amount of the tour.

2. There is no refund for unused services, last minute cancellations, or no-shows.

3. As a bonded authorized tour operator, Bluefin Tours states that it is only a mediator between the passenger and the company, hotel, restaurant, etc. Consequently, Bluefin Tours declines any responsibility for deficiency, delay, personal, accident or any other sort of irregularity which may occur.

4. Bluefin Tours reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from any tour at anytime if the company deems his/her act or conduct detrimental to or not compatible with the interest, harmony, comfort or welfare of the tour as a whole. If by circumstance beyond our control a trip has to be canceled, the passenger is entitled to a refund to be paid through the agency of the country of origin or we can offer the passenger a suitable alternative instead.
